Order Canceled, Still Shipped, No Support! I immediately canceled this order because I wanted to purchase a higher quantity from another seller. Despite my repeated requests to cancel, the seller kept offering me alternative products I was not interested in. I contacted customer support, but while the dispute was still ongoing, the seller shipped the order anyway. I refused to accept the delivery, but customer support advised me to take it with a non-guaranteed compensation of $375. The seller later promised to send me the correct quantity only if I accepted the shipment. In the end, I received neither the $375 compensation nor the correct quantity!
